Prices shown on this website are for the item only. Because shipping depends on destination and quantity, an order becomes binding when we have confirmed the full total in writing (item plus shipping) and you have paid it. Until then nothing is charged and either side can walk away.
We may change prices at any time, but the price we quote you in writing is the price you pay for that order. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you and refund you in full — we will not substitute a different item without asking you first.
Payment is collected through PayPal, in US dollars. Full details are on our payment page. We do not begin packing before payment has cleared.
Delivery times on our shipping page are estimates, not guarantees — cross-border parcels depend on customs and the local postal service. Ownership of the goods passes to you on delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, that is our problem to fix, not yours: see the Returns & Refunds page.
Any import duty, VAT or handling fee charged by your country is payable by you and is not included in what you pay us. We declare parcels accurately and will not under-declare value or mislabel a parcel as a gift.
These boxes are intended for storing toys, clothing and household items. They are not toys, not seats, and not intended to be climbed on or sat in. Children should not be allowed to get inside the box or to close the lid on themselves. Please keep packaging materials away from small children.

Colours on a screen vary between devices and there may be slight variation between production batches. Stated capacity is approximate. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but we do not promise an exact colour match to the photographs.
Our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date your order was confirmed.
